What Does It Mean for YOU if Our Employees Are Bonded?

Facility Care Insured and Bonded

What does it mean for you and your company if your Facility Care Janitorial Services employees are bonded?

First - let's look at what it takes to be bonded.

Companies bond employees to protect theirs and/or other businesses against employee theft and/or dishonesty. It also protects our customers in the event that their property is damaged by one of our employees.

In order to be bonded, both Facility Care and the employee must submit to background checkss and investigation. This investigation is carried out by a bonding organization. They search the applicant's background for things such as criminal records, references, and other requirements that demonstrate honesty and integrity.
